Jenny B,
Misha and Aurora have a story which lives up to everything I expected from this author。 Misha is a drool worthy alpha enforcer and falls for the princess。 While Aurora being a little naive was frustrating to me at times I loved how these two came together。 The meeting, the tension and bike up creates for an epic read and I can’t wait to see more in this series

Eh。 I usually love Michelle’s books but this one was kind of a flop。 Misha(H) and Aurora(h)The heroine was annoying and gave off that “my body can’t resist him even when he’s cruel to me” doormat vibe which is a pet peeve。 She cried every 2 seconds as well。 The H was decent。 Nothing new, nothing amiss, kind of like a recycled character but I can live with it。 St。 Monarch is neutral training grounds for all of the crime families but the rules and guidelines seemed to have been swayed for this cou Eh。 I usually love Michelle’s books but this one was kind of a flop。 Misha(H) and Aurora(h)The heroine was annoying and gave off that “my body can’t resist him even when he’s cruel to me” doormat vibe which is a pet peeve。 She cried every 2 seconds as well。 The H was decent。 Nothing new, nothing amiss, kind of like a recycled character but I can live with it。 St。 Monarch is neutral training grounds for all of the crime families but the rules and guidelines seemed to have been swayed for this couple。 Idk, it just didn’t feel consistent to how things typically go at this facility compared to all the other books。 I didn’t feel very connected to the characters or convinced of the story line。 It was predictable as hell and I was hoping for a least one plot twist or something to throw me off but nope, pretty much guessed the remainder of the book by 50% and was spot on。 Boo。 The fiery chemistry was completely missed in this story。 It was subtle and obviously present but no fireworks。 This couple does get their HEA, there is no epilogue。 It was boring。 Better luck next time。 2/5I’m out。 - B。S。 。。。more

Can’t wait for the next one! 。。。more

Also, the most handsome man she had ever seen。 Their attraction to each other is super strong。 It was hard to ignore。 There is an explosion in the nightclub, and for 3 hours, Abbie & Misha, are trapped together in a life-threatening situation。 But even in dire circumstances, Misha manages to give Abbie her first kiss。 They are safe after being stranded for hours。 Abbie had rib injuries and is rushed to the hospital。 It would be two years before she would see her handsome prince again。 Abbie's father is one of Italy's most notorious crime bosses and Misha is one of the enforcers for the bratva。 Which means they're both from families who are enemies of each other。 The future became a whole lot darker for both of them。 This looked bleak for it to end in a happily-ever-after。 It would take a miracle to have their story end well。 。。。more
